The Return Call
The Return Call
Robin turner PhoneSmart call center manager stresses the importance of returning phone calls.**Welcome to our property management blog, a diary of important issues in the property management and commercial management industry. I’ve been trying to get in touch with a place that has dog pens for sale for some time now. We weren’t too much in a hurry to purchase one, but just looking around. We had driven by one place and noticed that they had one right out front for sale, so we stopped in to get some more information. Unfortunately the owner had stepped out and the guy watching over the place didn’t have any information at all on it. He asked if we wanted to leave our phone number for the owner to call us back and we did. We waited and waited and waited for a return call. We never received one. As I said, we were in no hurry at the time, so we didn’t worry too much about it. Recently we looked up the phone number again, because we wanted it for this year. No one answered the phone. I left a message regarding getting the price of the fencing and asked them to please call us back as soon as they could. It’s been a week now and no return call. Now, I’m going elsewhere. I wonder how many customers they’ve lost due to unreturned calls. Are you promptly returning your customer’s calls?
