- Welcome to the property management blog, our diary of the property management world. I looked at several small office spaces for rent the other day. In several buildings, the office sapace itself looked attractive, but the back-rooms and the restroom facilities were terrible. You went into the store room and the bathroom and thought you were entering a bad horror flick set. I understand that you don’t want to spend money you don’t have to spend. But making the back room or the rest room at least acceptably up to standard ought to keep tenants longer and allow you to get an extra dollar or two a month. So why not make them a little more attractive? What short cuts are you taking that hurt your image and your renewal rates? bye for now, Tron
