The boom town that keeps booming

• Welcome to the property management blog. I flew into San Francisco this morning and took a cab ride into the downtown area. There are still new buildings coming up. How can people still find a project in this boom town of boom towns that will pencil out? I can imagine when the first European sailors entered the Bay, they knew instantly that they discovered a boom town. As I remember, it didn’t take long for it ot get started. Then came the gold rush. I don’t think this town has slowed down since. I know the office market has softened a time or two and the bursting of the tech bubble was a temporary disruption. But look at this place. It just keeps on going. I would be interested in attending a workshop on San Francisco property strategies. It would be very interesting. What particular strategies are unique to your market?
