• Welcome to the property management blog, where we look at the world of property management. How do you stay ahead of your competition without loosing your focus? It seems to me that the properties that have staff who are friendly and personal always have a bit of an edge. Amenities are nice. But when you add to amenities a person who is pleasant to deal with, then you have a winning combination. If you could create a scale of pleasantness, I bet that the higher the rating, the better the occupancy and retention rate of tenants is. How do you test for pleasantness?
