If you call us on the main line phone number, you’ll not only benefit by the minutes that you’re not paying for (as it’s toll free and on us), you’ll free up our reps so we can catch your customers calls quicker and you’ll be able to reach the department that can help you immediately with your questions, (as our reps would have to relay the information which takes more time). We like to keep our reps free to be ready to take any of your incoming customer calls so they get a rep immediately without having to be on hold.
