If you are going to hire professional movers, then you are going to want to be sure that you are giving them several weeks to schedule a window for you. You simply cannot afford to wait until the last minute when it comes down to getting the physical help that you are going to need. At the end of the day, you are going to be fine if you are not forcing yourself into a huge hurry when it comes down to moving. If you give yourself the time that you are going to need to get everything ready, then you are not going to have to worry about a thing. Two or three weeks should suffice, here.
