If an employee or customer can tell that you are very stressed out, then they are going to lose faith in the services that you provide. Thus, no matter how much you are dealing with, be sure that you can set your problems aside and don a smile when you are dealing with another person. Your attitude, and your general disposition, are going to make or break a sale, and very easily. Finally, here, always be sure that you are not forgetting about the competition. You do not exist in a vacuum. As such, you have to be sure that you are adjusting to the deals and specials that your competitors are offering. If you cannot match a special, then you had better come up with something of your own, or you are going to lose your tenants left and right. If there is no way for you to offer a special at the time, then you are going to have to be sure that you are giving a sales pitch that justifies the absence of a special at your property. You are going to have to make it seem that much better. At the end of the day, you are going to be able to rope in all of the customers that come your way. It is all about appearances, reader. Put on a good presentation, and be sure that your mood and your disposition do not putt off your incoming customers.
