Finding The Way Home By Means Of Kansas City Car Storage

Life was slow in the rural Midwestern town that Duncan had lived in for the last ten years. He had come to appreciate the solitude of his home in this small, close knit community of just over 5000 residents, surrounded by rotating crops of soybeans and corn and the familiar faces of neighbors and acquaintances, nodding, waving and making small talk with him just about everywhere he went, from the gas station to the library and even the veterinarian’s office. This charming, old river town gave off a distinctly different vibe than the crime soaked violence and congestion of Chicago, which was his birthplace and life long home up until he had taken his leave of it.**Duncan had begun with a single Kansas City car storage company after getting his degree, feeling a strong pull towards an obviously growing industry having seen one of his uncles prosper quite well while he was growing up. His original plans had been to get his degree and then pursue a much more difficult path in law school but the opportunity was there when he needed it to sway his direction. Looking back, he was awfully glad that he had decided to take it. His hard work and effort had certainly paid off. He decided to establish his company home office in the small town which held one of his facilities, and settled down to life in a much more relaxed, easy going and peaceful life, one that he knew being a lawyer would not quite have offered.   He watched two jackrabbits chase each other under and through a bush boasting luscious pink peonies and felt the warm summer wind brush against his upturned cheeks. He squinted his eyes to the sun and looked out over the field of purple clover that was outstretched behind his office window. The smell of the air here exhilarated him. It was sweet and clean, like ozone after a storm. Growing up, he never would have though that giving up the howl and groan of the pulsating city streets would have appealed to him. After he had opened his fifth Kansas City car storage company, though, meeting his devoted life partner Tara had changed all of that. Knowing that he would have followed her anywhere, he decided that her small, picturesque hometown was just as good and refreshing a place as any and together they had set off on the journey of a lifetime. Their relationship had been pivot that swiveled him off into destinations that had been unknown to him, and he knew in his heart that she was the girl of his dreams, the partner beside whom he was to walk, the rock against whom he was to rest.
