• Jefferson City, Missouri is the smallest state capital in the United States by population and size.  The capital building can be seen from most points in this small town and the state’s business is conducted.  It is near the Lake of the Ozarks, which is an area that starts the beautiful Ozarks, full of hills and trees.  A couple of hours away is Branson, Missouri, which is home to many famous country western stars that put on shows all year round. Lake of the Ozarks is a huge lake with a thousand mile shoreline, believe it or not.  It would take days to drive around the entire lake.  Fishing and boating is popular and people can drive over a dam and go to a very nice boardwalk area to play skee ball for a mere dime or ride go-carts. Jefferson City storage facilities are popular too as a business decision for many of the state’s representatives to store their valuables or State’s equipment.  Jefferson City is a small city with a small town atmosphere, but it is full of people who are State workers and must make a lot of important decisions about people’s lives.  Cutting expenses or dealing with budgets or making laws is all part of the process.  They live and work in the city among many government buildings that cover certain areas of the city.  Jefferson City storage is a growing business and a company from Columbia, Missouri has a few facilities there too.  It is nice to have homegrown great American companies doing business here in the United States and not outsourcing everything. The retail stores that provide storage units for its customers are clean and efficiently run.  They are a few minutes from all the government action and supply a needed service to all its citizens.  Jefferson City is a place with fine schools and a few collages and tech schools too.  It is close to St. Louis and Kansas City and close to the University of Missouri, affectionately known as Mizzou. Jefferson City storage and Storagemart storage will continue to blossom and succeed and we hope more homegrown companies can do the same to supply jobs for the community.  Storage is very popular these days, and we need to find more room and space for what we do.  We store cars, boats, furniture, and clothes.  We store tools, hobbies, keepsakes, and books.  We have a bit of our life in there, and we want to hold onto it for our future generations to have.  We store tents in our space and lawnmowers and rakes and shovels.  Jefferson City shops at a brand new Wal-Mart in nearby Mexico, Missouri.  Hunting and fishing is popular amongst the citizens here, and the start of hunting season is looked forward to.  There is even a kids hunting week where parents can go hunting with their children.  Nearby Branson is a playground for the country music fan with shows all the times.  Mickey Gilley and others take the stage, sometimes two to three times a day, to please their fans.  Music is everywhere in the nearby Ozarks and the scenery is breathtaking at times.  Bluegrass and banjo pickers are present in the hills and the amusement park Silver Dollar brings back the old west.
