You might have to pay over 500 dollars a month in association fees. These fees might include water, electricity and other services provided by the management group. Purchasing a condo cuts out many expenses such as paint the exterior of the home. Owners will not have to worry about replacing windows or doors or water or wind damage to their roof. Some of the services provided by a management company include administrative services, fiscal needs and physical property care. Administrative services such as processing specific property mail, marketing and leasing, screening tenants and taking care of evictions, paying and sending invoices and taking care of insurance policy administration. Fiscal needs might be financial reporting, developing a budget and maintain operating accounts. The physical needs of the property could be the inspecting and evaluating the property, contacting and accepting repair and service contracts, supervising renovations and improvements and daily preventative maintenance.
