Cold snap

If we have learned anything this year, it is that the weather can turn things upside down. The ultimate New Orleans weather disaster took that city off the map. Hurricanes wiped out the Missisippi and Yucatan coasts. The wide path of Wilma’s distruction in Florida will make it one of the costliest storms Florida has ever experienced.

And now we have a cold snap that is covering every part of the country except south Florida. How will this cold snap impact all of us when the heat bill comes due? Your personal heat bill will hurt. Your tenants’ will cry when they see their bills. If you include utlities in your rent, you will cry.

Will it be enough to change anything? We will see.
