There are utility equipment and preventive and predictive equipment. There are also sophisticated equipment for installing and repairing building components. The other maintenance technologies that are offered are testing of eddy currents for faulty electrical circuitry, vibration analysis software, infrared thermography and ultrasonic testing equipment.
