  • Welcome to the property management blog, our diary of the property management world. Managing property really seems to be a location, amenity and operations game when you take a quick look at what we do. You figure that if you get a good location for your property type, offer the amenities that the typical tenant for the use would enjoy and get a good operating system in place, and then everything is good. I know that the headlines are saying that the apartment market is “back on track” and that commercial property in many markets is “looking good”. But what does in mean in terms of your specific property? It means knowing what the unique challenges and attractions are for each property and then marketing and selling all day long. You already know that you can’t just sit in the office and wait for people to come and hand you leases. So how are you marketing? How are you selling? How is your lead management system moving more leads into your lead pipeline and tracking how you are closing leases?
