Next is the pricing factor and hidden costs involved. This is one of the prime concerns of most customers. They often fear if they will be required to pay something more, in between their tenure. It is the duty of the Athens storage owners to explain any probability of rise in prices or additional costs that may be levied in between. A valid explanation is enough for the customer to understand the situation and understand the situation. But if this is done at a later stage the customers feel cheated or defrauded. If there are any chances of costs being increased due to rising prices, the customers should be provided a hint in advance. If they are aware of any such probability they will be prepared of any such charges. Athens storage owners should keep in mind that until the customers are happy and satisfied their business cant prosper. Customers should be happy and satisfied under all circumstances. A happy customer leads to many more new customers. So if the owners desire long term business they need to think about ways and means of making customers happy. Thus it is the duty of the owners to ensure that there is no misunderstanding between them. If the owners are not directly involved in any interaction, they should ensure that who ever is communicating is doing so in a right manner.
